This Refund Policy ("Refund Policy") sets out refund conditions that are applicable following the termination of the agreement by the Customer as per the Agreement Termination clause of the General Terms and Conditions.

Customers seeking a refund must meet both of the following criteria:

1. Termination notice is tendered and the Termination Date is defined
2. There are lesson credits left for the period after the Termination Date

The single-lesson rate is our standard price for a single lesson at the time of your original purchase. This rate serves as the baseline for refund calculations.

Algonova offers volume discounts to customers who commit to larger lesson packages. These discounts reflect our reduced administrative costs and your commitment to completing the full course.

Early termination voids your volume discount. We recalculate consumed lessons at rates reflecting the actual package size you completed, not the larger package you originally purchased.

The single-lesson rate is adjusted based on your original package size using the following factors:

• Packages 1-5 lessons: Single-lesson rate × 1.10
• Packages 6-10 lessons: Single-lesson rate × 1.20
• Packages 11-20 lessons: Single-lesson rate × 1.27
• Packages 21-30 lessons: Single-lesson rate × 1.35
• Packages 31-36 lessons: Single-lesson rate × 1.46
• Packages 37-72 lessons: Single-lesson rate × 1.67
• Packages 73+ lessons: Single-lesson rate × 1.75

Step 1. Determine original package size and corresponding adjustment factor

Step 2. Calculate adjusted lesson rate: (Original package price ÷ number of lessons in package) × adjustment factor

Step 3. Calculate refund amount: Paid Amount - (Number of lessons scheduled up to and including the Termination Date × adjusted lesson rate)

Step 4. If the amount is positive, request a refund. If the amount is negative, there’s no refund possibility.

Refund calculations are based on official records maintained in Algonova's system, including:

• Registration Summary with original package details and pricing
• Payment records and transaction history  
• Lesson attendance logs and scheduling records

Customers may request a detailed refund calculation breakdown before processing by contacting their Algonova Representative.

In case of discrepancies between customer records and Algonova's system, Algonova's official records shall be conclusive.

Algonova will process the refund amount within 10 business days after termination request is processed.

Refund payments will be made to the original payment method used for purchase or to alternative payment details provided by the Customer in writing via email, WhatsApp, or Telegram to an Algonova representative.

This refund policy applies to contractual termination. Separate statutory withdrawal rights may apply under consumer protection law as outlined in the General Terms and Conditions.

Algonova will only change this Refund Policy for the following reasons:

• if Algonova thinks it will make them easier to understand or more helpful for the Customers
• to reflect the way Algonova runs the business
• to reflect legal or regulatory requirements that applies to Algonova
• to reflect changes in the cost of running the business

The version of this Refund Policy that applies to your package is the version that was in effect at the time of your original purchase. Policy changes will not retroactively affect existing customers.

Algonova will notify customers of policy updates by posting the revised policy on our website. The updated policy will apply only to new purchases made after the effective date of the changes.

Each policy version includes a "Last updated" date indicating when changes take effect for new purchases.
